Because we care of what our users think, we have added a feedback tool, powered by Uservoice, on every page of the site. Don’t hesitate to tell us which feature you would like us to modify, add or remove.
In the meantime, we have added a new RSS feed on the user home page. This feed contains all the artists you follow.
In a few days, we will launch a cool feature that will be very useful for everybody. Stay tuned and don’t forget to listen to some great music!

Tonight we have launched Alistof’s second design. We have tried to make a clean and simple design. Do you like it?

Also added:

• Artist section with alphabetical and most followed filter
• Top tracks list for each artist
• Followers for each artist

n.b: Artists’ thumbnails will appear in about 1 hour.

We have made some improvement to the search. So now you can search for any artist even if he is not in our database.

We have also replaced Eventful by Last.fm as the events provider, the latter being far more complete than the first one.

We are very proud to announce that the first version of A list of, called Midheaven, is now online.
The goal with this v1 was to be online as quickly as possible, so the design is not completed (we don’t even have a logo so far). The core elements of the site are working: we gather all the new albums, you can create an account and follow as many artists as you like, we have a batch process that sends automatic emails.

As for the first version, the site is a big mashup: you can import your favourite artists from Last.fm, watch Youtube videos and Flickr photos about the artist directly on an album page.

Of course, there are a LOT of things to add, and we count on you guys to help us finding bugs and making suggestions. Remember that we have make this site for one purpose only: be informed when there is a new album by an artist you like. Enjoy!

In a couple of days, we should be ready to release the first version of Alistof. We work very hard to deliver a first usable version, but please, do not expect anything visually incredible nor hot. We know the design will not be ultra clean, as we have been focusing entirely on putting a strong backend system that will send you the updates you can’t live without: the new albums from your favorite artists.
We hope you won’t be disappointed by this first draft. Come back in a few days and the site should be up and running.
